Returns & Refunds

Every Obla Studios piece is individually made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. As a result, all sales are final.

Order Cancellations

If your circumstances change within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at help@oblastudios.com. We will always do our best to help where possible. Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and can only be approved if production, material procurement, or gemstone sourcing has not yet begun.

Returns & Refunds

As every piece is made especially for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty or is not as described, please contact us at help@oblastudios.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Natural Materials

Every natural diamond and gemstone is unique. Before production begins, we provide detailed imagery and, where applicable, independent grading certificates, allowing you to review and approve your selected stone with confidence.

Natural inclusions, variations in colour and other characteristics are inherent to natural gemstones and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Ring Sizing

If the incorrect ring size is selected at checkout, we are happy to offer one complimentary resize, where technically possible. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to Obla Studios.
