Shipping Policy

Every Obla Studios piece is individually made to order. Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to be crafted before dispatch. Bespoke commissions typically require around 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Before leaving our studio, every piece undergoes a final quality control inspection and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely in its new home. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details by email.

Delivery

All orders are shipped fully insured using trusted courier partners and require a signature upon delivery.

London Delivery

For clients based in London, we are pleased to offer a dedicated same-day white glove delivery service for the secure hand delivery of your order. This service is available by quotation and subject to availability. Please contact us before dispatch for further details.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

Where available, international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout. If DDP is not available for your destination, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

While we take every care to ensure your order reaches you safely, delivery times may occasionally be affected by shipping providers, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
