2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance by Obla Studios.
Your order is accepted only once we confirm acceptance by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before production begins, including where:
- a product becomes unavailable;
- a selected natural diamond or gemstone can no longer be sourced;
- pricing or website errors occur;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud is suspected; or
- we reasonably believe an order has been placed unlawfully or in bad faith.
Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where relevant.
Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Made-to-Order Jewellery
Every Obla Studios piece is individually made to order.
Production may begin shortly after your order is placed and may include material procurement, gemstone sourcing and manufacturing.
Once production has commenced, your order becomes subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Natural Diamonds, Gemstones & Authenticity
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all diamonds supplied by Obla Studios are natural diamonds.
Every natural diamond and gemstone is unique.
Natural inclusions, colour variations and other naturally occurring characteristics are part of the beauty of natural materials and do not constitute defects.
Where applicable, independently issued grading certificates, detailed imagery and videos are provided before production, allowing customers to review and approve their selected stone.
Customers are encouraged to review all supporting documentation carefully before production begins.
7. Stone Availability
Natural diamonds and coloured gemstones are often one of a kind.
Although every effort is made to secure the selected stone promptly, availability cannot be guaranteed until procurement has been completed.
If a selected stone becomes unavailable before procurement, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or, if preferred, issue a full refund.
8. Hallmarking
Where required by UK law, all jewellery is hallmarked by an official UK Assay Office before dispatch.
The hallmark provides independent verification of the precious metal content of your piece in accordance with UK hallmarking legislation.
9. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and imagery are accurate.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur between website imagery and the finished piece.
Product photographs are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible but should not be interpreted as guaranteeing identical appearance.
Colours may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, specifications or pricing where necessary.
10. Production & Delivery
Estimated production times published on our website are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Production times may vary depending on the complexity of each commission and the sourcing of natural diamonds or gemstones.
Every piece undergoes quality control before dispatch.
Delivery is carried out using trusted courier partners.
While every effort is made to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control may occur.
11. Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.
Where technically possible, Obla Studios is pleased to offer one complimentary resize.
Customers remain responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to Obla Studios.
12. Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke commissions may require approval of gemstone selection, CAD drawings, renders, design revisions or other production stages before manufacture begins.
Once a design, specification or selected gemstone has been approved, any requested changes may incur additional charges and may extend production timelines.
13. Repairs & Aftercare
If your jewellery requires repair or maintenance, please contact Obla Studios before arranging any work.
Repairs, resizing or alterations carried out by third parties may affect the structural integrity of the piece and may void any workmanship guarantee provided by Obla Studios.
14. Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to request additional identification or verification before accepting or dispatching an order where reasonably necessary.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to jewellery designs, CAD drawings, renders, product concepts, text, photography, graphics, logos and other creative materials, is the intellectual property of Obla Studios Ltd unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or used without prior written permission.
16. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
Obla Studios is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party website.
17. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to:
